We went last summer - it was great - 2 1/2 days down, then San Juan, St. Thomas, Tortola - had a great time. We were lucky with the weather - we also left I believe last year on June 30th. We were in St. John over 4th of July - they were having their own kind of festival that day.

How was embarkation? I've heard that you need to be there really early to get onboard without any problems. My fiance and I were planning on being there at 11:00am. Did you do any shore excursions?
I was really interested in a spa treatment as well, but Carnival didn't list any info on spa packages and prices.

Verandah Deck, Room 7347. Suite Cat.11 with a wrapround balcony. It was about $2000 per person.
