Aaron-You may want to double check with Carnival but I do not believe there are any theme nights on any of the CCL ships.  There will be two formal nights but other than that I have never heard of theme nights.  Hope you are not disappointed but think of all the extra room you will have in your luggage when you leave the leisure suit and cowboy hat and boots at home!
