Carnival photo release form

Need help, does Carnival have a web site were i can get a release form to have a picture taken on the cruise made into a Christmas card. They said they do not make Christmas cards on the ship, so id like to get one made now, but wal-mart said I need a releae form to have it done. I know Disney has one but do not know about Carnival. John

I don't know about a web site, but there were several posts about this subject on one thread. All you have to do is call Carnival and they will send you a release.
