The cost is $30 per person which includes tip, but we always tip extra because the food and service is superb. They have a wine sommelier to help with your wine selection and to serve your wine.

We have had the shrimp cocktail, crab cake, french onion soup, lobster bisque, caesar salad prepared table-side, porterhouse steak, surf and turf, baked potato, creamed spinach, mashed potatoes (too runny), mushroom medley, cheesecake, apple tarte, and chocolate tarte.

They have a dance floor and usually a 2 piece combo playing dinner music. It is enjoyable to be able to get up between courses and have a romantic slow dance. Plan on spending 2 1/2 to 3 hours for dinner, but you will enjoy every moment.

My friends and I went to Scarlett's on the Valor. The food was wonderful the service was outstanding. There were 6 of us at the table and we had 3 watrisses all the time. It was a very enjoyable dining experience but one should expect to spend about 2 1/2 hours.
I had the Surf & Turf with grilled veggies. French Onion soup was some of the best I have ever had, however I felt the serving of soup was a little large considering everything else that was served.
Everyone should try the speciality resturants at least once.
I believe our cost was $25 extra and we took our own bottle of champaign with us. They did charge a corking feel however it wasn't much but I don't remember the cost.
Hope this helps others.
