Has anyone taken the Carnival transfer bus from Orlando airport to Port Canaveral? Our flight gets in at 1:50 to Orlando....I'm hoping for enough time to get the transfer and get to Port Canaveral by 3:30.

You should have plenty of time to arrive before departure. I regularly travel to the Port from Orlando, and it generally takes 45-50 minutes. The trip is a pretty straight shot from the airport to the port.

The trip to the airport is pretty quick. Just make sure you're allowing sufficient time to get through security. When we were in Orlando last year, the security line was quite long at the airport. Enjoy your trip!

Carnival will not let you book a transfer with them if you flight is later than 1:30 PM. We just went on a cruise on the Glory and I changed our flts so we would have plenty of time. You can always book private transport, there are lots of airport shuttles available.

Check Mears Transportation ... www.mearstransportation.com ... they offer a shuttle for about $38 round trip ... they also offer shuttle service to local hotes and such ...
