We booked transfers to and from the ship.. my question is, since i have been reading all the posts, is we get in to orlando around 9 am , im sure other flight s will arive later. Does Carnival only do one transfer to the port?? are we gonna have to sit and wait till all the other flights come in to go?? I know that it is a 45 min drive to the port, do they have more than one bus, i would hate to not be onboard early as possible sitting in the airport kinda stinks :)

Thanks for all your help.

I believe Carnival does multiple transfers to the port. By that, I mean, they have a few buses running back and forth. I cannot imagine you would have to wait too long to get on the bus, although they will probably not leave until it is mostly full.

Carnival only does one pick up for the tranfers from the airport to the pier. If you're flight gets in earlier than your pick-up time you will have to wait. That and the fact that they only transfer on cruise day is why I don't use them. I like to fly in the day before my cruise or very early in the morning.

I have cruised from Port Canaveral twice arriving at Orlando airport. Carnival has transfer busses running many times. The first one leaves the airport at around 11:00. They fill the busses up as people arrive. It doesn't take long to fill one up. After it is full, it goes to the port . Also, there is more than one bus there at one time.
