Ahem! "Cayman Islands has better shopping"? Have you been there? Yeah, it's a beautiful island, but prices there are among the highest of ANY place in the Caribbean. Considering that, and the fact that you have to tender there, I'll take Coz or Costa Maya over GC anytime!
