We're going on the Valor in February, same itinerary. I've heard some really great things about cave tubing in Belize. I'm looking into either going with cave-tubing.net or cave-tubing.com. If anyone can recommend one tour company over the other, I'd greatly appreciate it.

On Grand Cayman and Cozumel we'll be hitting up Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville and planning to spend the day at a beach on Isla Roatan. So if anyone has suggestions for a great beach on Isla Roatan, I'd appreciate that as well.

One thing to know about Roatan is the beaches on the windward side of the island where the ships dock are not that great. The best beaches and the reef are on the leeward side which is a beautiful taxi ride to the other side of the island.

Here are our favorites. This is a great itinerary.

Bannister Island, Reef Snorkeling and Manatee Watch in Belize...

We always use this company for snorkeling in Cozumel

We set up our snorkel in Roatan through this resort (they also feature just a beach day at the resort for cruisers if you don't want to snorkel)

Stingray City in Grand Cayman is a must do.

Cavetubing in Belize is a must do. This is one of very few ports where it is available.

The water wasn't clear enough for us to snorkel at Mohogeny Bay on Roatan so we went to Tabyana Beach. You can wade to the reef. Great snorkeling. Another tour that I wanted to take was a snorkel tour at Upachaya Resort but they were booked full. You need to book this one about 2 months out. There are plenty of places to zipline on the island.

Grand Cayman has some of the prettiest beaches. We went to Cemetary Beach at the far end of Seven Mile Beach. No amenities but there are a few trees for shade and we had only about 30 people there. If we go back I will book Nativeway's Rays, Reef and Rum Point Tour.

Cozumel is chocked full of things to do. We have been to Paradise Beach, Playa Palancar, Palmar Beach Estates, Snorkeled at Chankanaab Park and Dzul Ha and shopped in San Miguel. There isn't a beach club that we have been to that we would not recommend. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, if you like to sight see go to the eastside of the island. Gorgeous!!!
