We're going on the Valor in February, same itinerary. I've heard some really great things about cave tubing in Belize. I'm looking into either going with cave-tubing.net or cave-tubing.com. If anyone can recommend one tour company over the other, I'd greatly appreciate it. On Grand Cayman and Cozumel we'll be hitting up Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville and planning to spend the day at a beach on Isla Roatan.
