Since I'm an old F--t, I can't attest to the children's and teen's programs. I can, however; relay the opinions of both my own children as teens, as well as a couple of my grandchildren, they say Carnival wins hands down. Guess it could be because none of them are interested in ice skating or climbing rock walls.
