2 nicknames of nasty wine for the packages they sold- on Princess ( corporate Sister of the Company).the 3 pack- they try to "sell"...it was 35.00 for the three bottles..cost to Princess - 38 cents!!

. coined by the staff ;almost fell over when they confided on The Sea Quack the name they refer to it by!!..LOL.. Cheapatoni and Crapolini..I imagine those 2 "brands" of wine would be *JUST FINE* for the Spam and Poptarts edition..:biggrin:

I really LIKE Spam! Does that mean I have some Hawiian blood in me? And therefore, I qualify for some obscure government program that will re-patriate me to the Island Home??? Where do I sign up for that?

Hawaii likes SPAM so much that every year they have a SPAM Festival. They create all kinds of foods using SPAM. My relatives attended the festival.lol.

I would have prefered the little tiny canned wienners for the toddlers and kids.

Better cans of meat would have been canned beef from Argentina. That beef is great for making taquitos since the Splendor does have a Burrito Bar and lots of tortillas.

I will be hopefully cruising on the Splendor again for my birthday in Feb. I hope the ship will be updated and ready to go. I was lucky to have paid an early saver price of $700. each for a balcony. YEAH! I have cruised 6 times on the Splendor.

I also like SPAM....a lot. I love fried spam and Miracle Whip sandwiches or just spam on crackers. I also love Vienna Sausage sanwiches. And I love Pop Tarts. I don't go on a cruise for the fancy food, so I'm one of the odd ones who wouldn't have cared if they served SPAM and Pop Tarts! :sunny:
