Not sailing on this cruise, but keep an eye on the daily Princess Patter for a Friends of Dorothy meeting.
The policy on meetings seems to be at the discretion of the Cruise Director. On the Coral Princess (11/19), there was not a meeting held; on the Island Princess (11/16) there was with a Cruise Staff member in attendance (who told me that one was held automatically every cruise), on the Sun Princess (1/10) there was one held, but a Cruise Staff member did not attend.
You can also make a request of the Cruise Director to have a meeting and place the notice in the Princess Patter.

My husband Larry and I will be with you although he doesn't know it yet. I'm 41 and he'll turn 50 while we're sailing on the highseas. How old are you and yours?
