Does anyone have the a link with the menus for the (WesternVoyage) Caribbean Princess or where to find them......we are trying to somewhat plan the formal nights and when we want to do the specialty restaurants and balcony VIP dinner.

I just got off the Carribean Princess on the western route. What a great time we had. The formal nights were Monday and Wednesday. One suggestion if you go to Sabatini's request Ken as your waiter this guy is a greaty entertainer as well as a great waiter. You will love the meal, but he makes it so much more..

Thanks for the tip! When did you guys make your reservation for Sabitinis or Sterling Steakhouse? We aren't getting on board till about 3 pm. Do you thing the reservations will be filled up by then for the specialty restaurants (there is 2 of us in our party). I heard they fill up real quick!
