carry-on my own water?

Since this will be our first cruise with carnival I was wondering if we were allowed to take bottled water on board with us. In our luggage. If so is there a limit as to how much?

Hi Jodier,
I will be going on my 8th Carnival cruise in February 2009. I have taken bottled water on board every time. Last time I didn't bring it on when we boarded in Miami, but we picked up a case of water at KMart in St. Thomas and we were allowed to bring it on.

Have fun! I love Carnival cruises!
