Hi Jodier,I will be going on my 8th Carnival cruise in February 2009. I have taken bottled water on board every time. Last time I didn't bring it on when we boarded in Miami, but we picked up a case of water at KMart in St. Thomas and we were allowed to bring it on.Have fun! I love Carnival cruises!~Barb
