If you are an avid golfer, this is a nice stop. If not, take a snorkle or sailing adventure at this port. The shopping is week at best, at Aspen-like prices, although the Coffee Shop in Altos Chavon offered the best deals on Caribbean coffee I've found anywhere! At $5-$7 per pound, we stocked up!
