Well I think we are finally going with my first cruise away from Carnival. So we have narrowed down the cruise search to Royal Caribbean's Explorer of the Seas, 9 night cruise out of New Jersey. But here's the problem,, we are looking for a triple occupancy balcony cabin which leaves us the choice of a D1 or an E1. What are the pros and cons between these two categories? I know that an E1 is slightly smaller than a D1, but is there anything else we should know about these rooms?
In addition if anyone has any positive or negative information about Explorer of the Seas, please let me know, I'm curious to know if this is a good first choice for a Royal Caribbean cruise.
