We booked on-line as did about a dozen other couples we met on these great cruise forums. We paid in cash at the pier.  Reggie will take additional people, but he will bring the proper size vehicle for the group.  He has vans and a recondidtioned bus.  You can pre-pay by credit card if you wish on-line.  We had a great time with some time left at the pier for shopping.  We did not have time to stop for lunch though.
