We were in a CC cabin last year and the only real difference is as was mentioned above was a small vase of flowers the first day of our cruise. Other than a few small perks such as snacks around 3:00pm (like you really need them) and upgraded soaps and shampoos there is no real difference. The size of the CC cabins was the same as balcony cabins. The question of whether it is worth it is a very subjective question, but for me I would say maybe it is worth $50 more pp than a regular balcony, but no more than that. The CC class was started a few years ago and certain balcony cabins were just renamed CC class.
