CCL and airline luggage agreement

Hi,

Does anyone know if Carnival has an agreement with any of the airlines to take your luggage from the cruiseport to the airport? I will be disembarking from the Liberty in FLL, Port Everglades, and flying on American. I do not have CCL transfers.

I know RCCL and Princess have agreements in selected ports with selected airlines.

Check wth American Airlines. If memory serves, there used to be such an agreement...but I'm not sure at which port and if it's still in effect.
