Hi,

Does one become a platinum member upon completion of their 9th cruise and receive their platinum creditals upon embarkation of their 10th voyage or does one have to complete 10 voyages first? I have read conflicting accounts on this.

Yes, when the documents for your 10th cruise arrives...they will have those precious words "Proceed to VIP Check In" ...congrats!!!!
