If you are into nostalgia, and a feeling of stepping back in time,then you may enjoy the Norway. Remember she was on her way to the Far East and retirement when 9-11 occured and they kept her here. They had stopped really refurbishing the Norway and I am afraid you will find her more worn and needing paint etc.I recall our tiny cabins (1988)down twisting ,turning corridors and the fact that the ship needed a good airing out even then as the ventilation didn't seem to be too great. We had a nice trip but the Norway is 40 years or so old and looks it. However, we had the best time in the dance club called Dazzles and closed it every night,(actually morning. like 3 or 4 a.m.) The food at that time was great and the entertainment the best.If you do decide on the Norway do not take the minimum categories as they are tiny upper and lower berth cabins in the bowels (seemingly) of the ship.
