My girlfriend and I are not heavy drinkers, and we try to avoid soda as well (Therefore a soda card is not a good deal for us). What is the availability/cost of other drinks on board. Iced tea, Water and Lemonade were always available in the Atrium on board the Rhapsody (Our only prior cruise) , is that the case on the Century? Also, I’m assuming the gourmet coffee at Tastings is priced much like Starbucks, does the quality match up? Thanks.

As long as the buffet is open there are free drinks available there. Anywhere else on the ship you will have to pay

Just a tip that I have used: take along packets of powdered drinks that you can make up using the ice supplied for you in the cabin and water from the sink or bottled water. Worked out well for us as we have favorites such as Tang, Peach-flavored tea mixes, etc. Some come in packets, others in individual small tubs. By the way, the empy little tubs come in handy for loose change, medication, liquid make-up, etc. This tip works especially well for those who must drink only sugar-free drinks as I do since I am diabetic. Lots of convenient sugar-free and low-cal drinks available in the stores that come in packets or in individual tubs and in a wide variety of flavors!
