I am looking for a review of the celebrity century since the makeover in June. What was the age group. I am thinking about taking the cruise in April that goes to key west and grand cayman. What is nightlife like? IS it mainly couples? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

We'll be on the Century on November 10th with pictures and a review. Let me know anything specific you would like me to check on, and I'll try to find out.

We were on Century two weeks before she went in for her makeover and she was in GREAT shape then so I am sure you'll be pleased after the remodel. I know there were some big changes planned for the dining room and the Martini Bar. Also new comfy bedding was to be added.

The nightlife was much like any other cruise I have been on. The entertainment and shows were great and there were clubs that catered to every taste. I would say the average age on Celebrity is mid 40's.

Would really appreciate knowing the price of the Persian Garden and is it per visit or can you get a 5 day pass?

I went on Celebrity Zenmith this past Feb. and did the same ports-a 5 day cruise-this was when Zenith was doing that run- that the Century will be doing winter 2006/2007.

I found that it being a 5 day-that the average age was around 30-35 and there were families and younger ones on this ship-I think the cruise being shorter is attracting a differant demographic then the usual Celebrity cruiser.

Now this is my only Celebrity cruise so far but I loved-being welcomed aboard with a drink-being escorted to my stateroom, the steward keeping me supplied with ice water in a pitcher at all times and I never asked for this and I also liked when I ate at the lido restuarant a waiter would carry my tray for me. I felt I was treated like a princess! There was great shows and night life also! wonderful food too!

Thanks for the great info. Any recomendations on things to do in the ports. I was in Grand cayman last yeart and did the stingray excursion. It was great but We did not get to do anything else on the island.

We're on a two-day cruise, complements of Celebrity, mainly Travel Agents. I won't find out much about the normal clientele, just about the ship. I've been following the refurbishment, and now I'm excited to see it myself -- especially that ice Martini bar!
