Celebrity "Century" ???

Hi,
Looking into an August cruise on the Celebrity Century. How is this ship? It looks gorgeous on the virtual tour. What is Celebrity's top notch cruise ship? Thanks for any advice or suggestions.

Century is a great ship with excellant food and service. As far as top notch it is hard to say, the century class ships are all very nice and then there is the M class that is newer . So maybe some would consider them top notch because they are newer and have features that the Century class does not. Ifyou are looking to take a family wth children they may prefer the childrens space on the M class to be better than the Century class. And the M class ships have a specalty restuarant to dine in. Other wise the service is great no matter what ship you choose. Maybe if you could tell us what you are looking for in a ship / cruise we could be more specific. Hope this helps a little bit.

We have cruised the Century twice in the last 2 years, she is a great ship.

Out of the three cruises I have taken, all Celebrity, the first was the Century, then the Mercury, lastly, the Zenith, the Century was my favorite. The service on the Century was the best so far. The dining staff was great, showed more attentiveness than the other two. When eating at the buffet for breakfast or lunch, there was always someone that carried our tray for us to the table, while on the other ships it was not always the case. The cabins on all three of these ships (had outside cabins) were pretty much the same, no complaints here, good amount of storage space aand very clean. I don't think you will be disappointed in the Century. You will have a wonderful time no matter what ship you decide on. Enjoy!

In my mind the Century is one of celebrity's most beutifull ships, and you think the virtual tours are great, wait tell you've seen the ship with your own eyes! Its breathtaking she beutifull from the inside out, i don't think that i ever saw a part or a room of the Century that i didn't like!

I've sailed the Century 3xs in the past 2 years. The Century is a great ship. One of my favorites. If this is your first cruise, you couldn't have selected a better ship.

Agree with all of the above, we were on the Century last November, she is a lovely ship :grin
