I was wondering what peoples opinions are for signing up for the 3-5 hour spa treatments. Are they worth it? They are quite expensive and I am just weighing my options.

IMHO, it just depends on how you look at it. We've done these a couple of times, and to be honest, I doubt we'll do it anymore because of the expense. On the other hand, as many others have said, your on vacation, if you enjoy it, or it's a special treat, then go for it.
The actual spa treatments are pretty high quality and my wife says she feels like ten million bucks (instead of the usual million bucks)....
