I am going on Celebrity Constellation in late January. I've never been on a cruise before and not sure what to expect. We have booked a conceirge class statesroom.
Any information about conceirge class or the Celbrity Constellation would be appreciated.

I am wondering what ports are definitely worth booking excursions in and which ones you can kind of go on your own?

Also, how do you make a reservation for their specialty restaurant? Can you make a reservation before sailing or do you need to make the reservation when you arrive on the boat?

I would suggest going to the Celebrity website as it has all the info on the Concierge class. We were on the Millie her sister ship and had a fantastic time. We travelled with
friends and it was also their first time cruising. They have now booked the Constellation
for Jan 31st and can't wait.

In my mind Celebrity is the best cruise line. For the specialty restaurant we booked our dinner probably within the 1st 2 hours we were on the ship to be sure we got the day and
time we wanted. They will have a special section set up to take the bookings just ask at the pursers desk for info.

Enjoy your cruise I am sure this will not be your last.

Husband and I went on the Constellation 1/4/03 & we are going back 1/10/04. We loved it so much! The ship is only 1.5 years old & is new, nice. Everything is so classy and upscale. We had a 170 sq ft balcony room, and just loved it!! Have no regrets, it's a great cruise!!

We sailed on Constellation in March. It was our first cruise & thought it was fantastic. We loved the ship -- never got off! We booked our specialty restaurant reservation the first day we got on ship & were able to get the day & time we wanted. Outstanding meal & service. You will certainly enjoy.
