Don't think they have one yet as we have tried also. But, Royal Carribbean has one that you can build cruise miles with and get double miles if you book anything on Royal Caribbean. Even though they are in the same company with Celebrity you don't get the double miles when booking Celebrity on the Royal card.

Just took part in a survey for a Celebrity credit card - style of card , style of mailing, etc.
Hope they come out with one soon - we have a daughter's wedding that we would like to put on it as well as the back to back med and trans that we booked for 2005.
