Thanks for your replies to my inquiry.

Replacing midnight buffets with Lite Bites was implemented by Celebrity several years ago and thus, not part and parcel of rumored recent "cutbacks" in food service.  Likewise, problems with changing chefs/kitchen crew is a constant issue and also not one connected to the rumored cutbacks.

Still hoping for some substantive evidence that food service has, in fact, been noticeably altered within the last month or so.
