Hi, my husband and I are trying to decide on a cruise for our anniversary. We have never cruised before, and like the idea of a cruise with no children (we are leaving ours at home and don't want to contend with other's on our anniversary trip) like that of the Century June 5 Western Caribbean. Has anyone out there done one of the "escape" cruises? Any advice/info you can give is truly appreciated

You know..I have never been bothered by children on a cruise aboard Celebrity. Most of our have beenof the two week duration so that does keep the populatioin a little older to start with but that being said. We once were aboard the Zenith for back to backs around spring break and that was no problem either. I know there are times when it has been for some folks eg. prices lowered to certain geographical areas ..but that's another story. The "Escape" cruises would be an excellent start to your cruising. But I wouldn't worry to much about it one way or the other.

Celebrity cruises are great for keeping the kids busy. I was on a Mercury cruise where there were over 100+ children on board. I was never bothered or interrupted or even saw an child until their "talent show". I don't think children is an issue on any of the Celebrity Cruises. It's not the DISNEY cruise....LOL!
