Booked a suite on the Century. Tried to book a shore excursion on their web site. Filled in the extensive info on their excursion form and I could not get it to "send". Called Celebrity and was placed on hold for 18 min. Talked with 3 reps before one told me I could not use a Netscape browser. Where is this written?


No, they will not let you reserve by phone. It is against their policy. I was told to change my browser!!! Here I am trying to give additional money to a cruise line and I am being told to accommodate them. I thought I was the customer.


Most of you know you can walk off the ship and book most of the excursions at a lower price with the locals on the dock. Celebrity must have hired some of the airline executives who lost their job.
