I have found that the reviews and comments from folks that you don't know on the net are generally loaded towards those that have an axe to grind. We here have come to "Know" each other and more than a few of us have met or at least have met someone that has met other @ddicts. Spend some time lookin' around..PS..our weather has been better than yours since my brother went home to Kingston near the end of June. It's his fault.
