Huh !......,,,,,, oh. Cruising (under 100 pax even now) will be allowed into Canada 1 Nov 21 so if the INdustry is able to keep their heads afloat without covid for the next while we will be on. The unknown for both coasts is the allowing of the major cruise line to skip "a foreign" port from a US Port and return. It was allowed without penalty this summer for ships going to Alaska from Seattle for instance. Not sure about what has happened on the East coast. The former started recently. If there is no return of the PSVA there will be some big changes in routes esp. for Alaska. Of course everything relies on the control of the epidemic and things can change. Borders open to Canada on the 9th of August next week. for fully vaccinated US citizens (along with a negative test) The USA has not indicated any date at all for the reverse.
Simple answer is yes for next year with some possible hiccups.
