We just returned from our first Princess cruise on Grand. We had a Grand Suite. There was no comparison in service. The suite was about the same size as a Royal Suite on Celebrity (what we usually book), and was exceptional in decor... but the service was lacking in the suite and throughout the ship. Having said that.... We will look to book Celebrity in the future, but Princess was not so bad that for a REAL good deal, we might sail them again. The ship was lovely and the sailing as smooth as we have ever had.
