It is obvious that both lines offer different experiences. I think that if you are laid back and looking for a less structured cruise then Princess might be your choice. For those of us that enjoy a more traditional experience with an upscale atmosphere and good service with traditional dining times in beautiful surroundings...then Celebrity will probably fill the bill.It is always interesting to hear the views of those who have done both. I have always said, "Each cruise is different". I just talked to a friend of mine who was on Celebrity Constellation in April and had a terrible time. I have another friend who will never go on Princess again because of the terrible time she had on the Dawn Princess. You just never know what will happen as all of us have known plenty of pax who have had spendid experiences on both of those ships. It takes all kinds of cruises and cruise ships to make the world go round...that is why we have both lines: Celebrity and Princess. ROSS
