Service on Celebrity is good, quiet, unobtrusive. Food is excellent, and the kids programs are good. It is a quieter atmosphere for the most part. Both lines are good, but you won't get a rock climbing wall on the Constellation like you will on the Serenade. There will be more kids in the kids club on RCI than on Celebrity, and the average age will be a bit higher on Celebrity--not that it is a bunch of old people clogging the passageways with walkers, mind you! I would put it to itinerary and go from there. One nice thing that we saw on the Rhapsody was when cold weather conditions precluded kids swimming in the main pool (which does have a separate 2-3' deep section), they let kids come swim in the indoor pool (normally for 16+). On our Celebrity cruises, they NEVER let kids in the thallasotherapy (indoor) pool. You really can't go wrong with either line. Feel free to email me for specifics.
