RCL is the way to go with children. Celebrity is great but not nearly as kid friendly as RCL. Both lines are good, but you won't get a rock climbing wall on the Constellation like you will on the Serenade. There will be more kids in the kids club on RCI than on Celebrity. I would put it to itinerary and go from there.
