1) They have an excellent reputation for their food. Specialty restaurant is worth $25pp fee.

2) I did not like the majority of their art collections but know others may disagree.

3) The way the ships are designed, you never feel crowded in public areas- plenty of public lounges, Notes & Words on Millennium Class ships, great spas & gyms

4) They almost never use the public address system - no annoying announcements

5) Passengers are low key - haven't seen any rowdies- they treat all passengers as adults and respect their individual tastes.

6) The service for the most part is excellent including Wine Stewards, Social Hostess (if that category of employee still exists), camp counselors have a degree. They are not there to entertain but to serve your needs well.

7) Celebrity should improve the entertainment in their lounges.

8) New Conceriege amenities: welcome aboard champagne or OJ, allowing one to board before all staterooms are prepared, Chilled water & Ice buckets filled twice a day, specialty perks for past cruisers (Capt. Club membership is now free).

9) Great itineraries with most full day at port i.e. 8-5 p.m.

10) Average cabin is nice size with mini-fridge, hair dryer & in-room safe.

All of this for a very competitive low price.
