Have sailed on the Mercury two times, the Caribbean and Round the Cape of South America. Both times, the staff have been very accomodating. Food was good and the ship spotless. One thing about this class of ship I do not like is the spa area, to use the thalosatheropy pool, you have to pay, on the Millennium class ships, you don't. But this is certainly not something to spoil a cruise, at least for me.
