Cell Phone on Southern Caribbean Cruise

One of the couples going with us wants to keep tabs on the kids. Does the Miracle have cell phone service at sea? Rates? Anyone who has experience, please give me some tips that I can share.

Who is their provider ?????? DH has a digital phone and his did not work on the Volendam but it did on the Golden. Mine is a tri-mode phone and it worked on both ships as well as certain ports. With Verizon you need international dialing which is free.

Check the websight of the provider for usage as well as rates.
