I too have an AT&T Wireless cell phone (as I work for them). I've been on this particular cruise, and was able to use my phone on a couple of occasions. I used it in port in Catalina, and was able to obtain service here and there but not consistant. It would be VERY difficult to insure service during most of the cruise, as you will be too far from any cell sites to obtain enough signal strength to maintain a call. (As far as I know, they have yet to figure a way (or a reason) to build cell sites in the middle of the ocean!
