I have T-Mobile cell service and am wondering if I have service there ? I heard you could text mess without a charge, I hope that's true. Anybody know about this?

Think you have to check with your cell provider. I have Cingular and they provide full service in USVI and Puerto Rico, but not in other Caribbean Islands.
