Janine Thank you very much for your open and honest answers. I have a friend that just came back from the Zuiderdaam. This was his second trip with them and he said the last..His feeling's were that the service was so poor the last time because they had changed there tipping policy and the crew knew that they didn't have to perform and they still would get tipped because of the automatic gratuity policy. He said 2 years ago the service was much better.We have been on only 1 ship with automatic gratuity's and the service was very poor.I will try to avoid lines that have this policy. Thanks again, you have said everything that I have heard from others therefore I will avoid HAL. Viet
