We sailed on the Century not too long after being on the Constellation.  I doubt that you will be disappointed with the Century.  Yes it is older and smaller but you will still enjoy the same food and friendly staff.  Some of the main differences you will find are minor such as not as many lounges, charge for the thelassotherapy pool and a smaller gym.    Just remember that it is a different class ship.  I wouldn't hesitate to sail on her again.
