We Snuba'd a couple of years ago, all your equiptment is included. (fins mask snorkel tanks weights etc..) We booked thru Carnival. the tour was around half an hour. I don't rember the exact cost (around $60). It was fun, but I had problems getting down to depth (I'm a small buit guy, and we tend to float)...last year we did the beginners SCUBA and I LOVED it!!!!! the tank gave me the weight I needed...personal preference...but I" take SCUBA any day...Snuba is a blast though if you can get the hang of it.
