My wife and I were in the Golden in July and they did charge for specialty coffee in the dining room. I was surprised because I had been led to believe that it was available during dinner at no charge. I know that on Holland American, Costa and RCCL that was the case. I was in the Personal Choice dining room so it might have been different in the traditional dining room.Happy cruising.
