UPDATE - NOV. 5:

Charles does not have any blood clots. They did MRIs and scans. Apparently when he went to therapy his blood oxygen levels were low so the rehab center was thinking clots. They sent Charles back to the hospital he had originally gone to. Only 1 person was allowed in the ER with him (which was "Mrs. Charles"). His Family didn’t know anything until she got home around 11pm or so. Turns out he has fluid around his lungs and he just has to do some breathing exercises with some machine. He was sent back to the rehab facility last night.

Thank you for your prayers.

That is GREAT news!!!! All of our prayers have been answered!!! Now he can concentrate on rehabbing. I am familiar with the Kessler Institute, and It is one of the best rehabs in the country. The Rutgers football player who broke his neck and is paralyzed from the neck down, is there. Perhaps with Mrs. Charles permission, I can pay Charles an in person visit.

I'm familiar with Kessler also. It is right down the GSP from us. It is an EXCELLENT facility. Matter of fact, Christopher Reeve did his rehab there. I am very happy to hear this uplifting news about Charles. Prayers continue for a speedy recovery.

UPDATE - Nov. 5 - evening:

Charles had a GREAT day today. His son said he was more active and alert today than he was in the last 3 weeks. I know he appreciates you keeping all the C@s updated.

I guess no one realizes that Charles' "fuzzy friend", Pucci, is the one running the communications link here...
