I was on the Destiny in May and we landed about 11:00 (take a cab to the ship) we were in line to board about 11:40 and I believe once we started boarding which was about noonish from beginning to end we were on the ship eating lunch on the lido deck at 12:30 went to our room at 1 and were out exploring San Juan soon after....when we got back to the ship around 3:30- 4 the lines were unbelievable...since we were already checked in we bypassed the lines and back on the ship,,,trust me..get there by noon if you can and even if you have transfers take a cab..
