6 Pre-Cut Pita Halves, 1 cup plain yogurt or favorite salad dressing, 1 cucumber diced, 1 tbsp fresh dill, 1 tsp fresh mint, 12 oz cooked chicken breast diced, 2 tomatoes diced, 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled, & 1 head romaine lettuce leaves, torn. In a small mixing bowl combine ingredients, layer into open pockets and top with yogurt or dressing. You can also substitute the chicken with crumbled bacon.
