As to your question, can't say for sure because we've never been on a Christmas cruise before. But we were on the Dawn Princess over last Valentines day, and they decorated the ship for the holiday nicely.
Im sure they will do the same on this cruise. Surely Santa will appear on board, and they will plan other festivities accordingly. Your girls will have a ball and so will you. I believe they even offer supervised play time where you could drop them off and enjoy some time without them.
